I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule. I want the process to be as stress-free as possible. I do appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend, which helps me accommodate other clients and manage my schedule efficiently.
However, I will be charging a 50% of the service fee for any no-shows or cancelled without a 24 hour notice.Thank you for your understanding.
